The room is equipped with 2 single beds, an optional pull-out underbed and has directly a toilet/shower in a small adjoining room. The room also offers a desk and there is enough space for an extra mattress or baby crib. In case of single booking, the living room and kitchen are common areas and may be shared by other guests.
In the living room, in addition to the seating area and dining table, there is a half-wing piano, which may be used at set times.
On the first floor there is the Ristorante Pizzeria Ticino, run by the owner family.
The apartment in which the room is located is situated in Novazzano, at a relatively short distance from Lugano (25 km) and Como (10 km).

We live on the 1st floor and are happy to answer any questions except on Monday.
On the first floor you will find our Restaurant Pizzeria Ticino, which is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 17.00 to 22.00/23.00 o’clock.
Parking in the village center, (free of charge Monday to Friday always 2 hours, from 19.00 to 8.00 and all weekend). If parking card is desired, it will be organized.
